Day 76

Okay, now that I know Rachel has FINALLY started I will be better at posting, and more dedicated to eating right. I've been taking the weekends off of the diet, and I must admit that after eating a half a pan of cornbread with honeybutter and candy yesterday, I had less energy than ever this morning to do my chest and back and ab ripper x workout. Eating right really does make me feel better. So here's today's sad menu:

protein shake w/ strawberries: 190
oatmeal: 200
green beans: 50
protein bar: 240
so far so good....
whole pack of mentos while reading To Kill a Mockingbird (so good)250
roll 100
turkey burger 200
odds and ends? (couple bites of cake, pizza, etc.) 400-ish?

Hmmm. I guess that's really not that bad, but I really need to go to the grocery store and get some new stuff to eat.
