Still the lone blogger. Today I did the arms and shoulders and ab ripper x workout. Compared to Monday and Tuesday it seemed easy. I'm also not as tired today.
Food:'
Oatmeal
egg on toast
vetetable beef soup
turkey burger patty with bbq sauce
broccoli
orange
protein bar
1 cup really fattening cheesy potato bacon soup
raw cut up veggies
total: 1585 calories.
I don't have a scale because it needs a new battery. I kind of like not worrying about weight so I think I won't get the battery.
