Rachel--Day 90

What have I gotten myself into? I did the chest/Back dvd followed by Ab ripperX. YIKES! The first few ab exercised I couldn't even do because I was so tired form the other dvd--there is definitely room for improvement! I haven't done my measurements, but I'm up +20 lbs (seriously) from my goal weight. here's what I ate:
Spinach smoothie
1 hard boiled egg
tuna with celery. pickles on lettuce
1 Nobel (snowbell according to Ruby) cookie--not on the diet
handful of chips--oops
hamburger patty with wheat bun
salad
jalepeno cream cheese popper--woops again!

calories: way too many!
I'll do better tomorrow (because I won't be able to lift the food to my mouth--I'm already sore!)

  1. The first day I did this workout I had to have steve hold my arm up so I could shave my armpits! It really is rewarding to see improvement. My goal now is to be able to do those horrible V-up situps! It doesn't look like way too many calories from what you listed above. Don't try to eat too little!!! I might come up this weekend so we can P90x it up together!
