Day 86: Did the legs workout, but not so well on the diet. I only ate 500 calories all day, then went to Cafe Rio, then ate candy at a movie, then went to Nielson's for frozen custard. But, hey, one has to go on dates once in a while.
Day 85: Did Kenpo X with Sydney and Bridget. It wasn't very hard--almost seemed a waste of time. I pretty much took a break from the diet for the weekend.
Day 84: Rest. Ate popcorn for dinner.
Day 83: Wierd Day. Woke up early and did chest and back again. I now realize if I don't plan what I'm going to eat in the morning, it all falls apart. Here's todays not-so-p90x approved menu:
Oatmeal
2 cookies (whoops!)
cottage cheese/yougurt
power bar
1/2 bagle and cream cheese (whoops again!)
turkey burger
broccoli
progresso light soup.
Not too bad though---total calories: 1655
Too much salt though, I feel yucky.
