This is my recovery week but my neck/shoulders have never been so sore--from yoga? I must say, I am really improving on the yoga. I even did the crane for a few seconds and tried the wheel. But it is so long, and I have to do it twice this week. I'm looking forward to a new DVD tomorrow morning--core synergistics? Anywhoo...
