Well, I'm starting, even though Rachel is sick. She can start from day 90 when she feels better. Today I did the first workout--chest and back and ab ripper x. Note to self: get up and do this before the kids wake up--you turn into the scariest wicked witch when kids disrupt you while exercising.
I also started my own version of the diet. I will stick to 1800 calories, but not with just one carb--no way.
Food log:
cracked wheat w/ br. sugar and milk: 185
Tilapia 140
broccoli 50
egg on toast: 160
apple: 100
ck. bowtie pasta all measured out: 400
baguette bread: 150
protein bar: 210
protein shake w/ banana and strawberries and spinach: 250
total: 1645
I always make the mistake of not eating enough the first few days of a diet, then crashing, so I meant to do the whole 1800, but I haven't even had the shake yet and it's 9:18 and I'm really really not hungry at all--weird since I've been pigging out for the past two months.
So there's day 90. I hope Rachel can start soon!
