vitamins: glucosamine, D, AminoMagnesium, calcium, multi, fish oil, enzyme = yuck

Another tip: make black beans like the directions on the package (dry beans). Drain and rinse. put in ziploc bags and freeze them, but shake them every 1/2 hour so the beans don't stick together. You can scoop up how many you want for recipes or to put over rice, etc.

  1. I guess I need to eat more beans--thanks for the tip. I bought the veggie burgers at Costco and they're pretty good for something different--150 calories.
